Bringing on young talent

We’ve just waved goodbye to Alex, a brave Marketing Undergraduate who has spent the last month with us on work experience. Work experience at The Bridge is exactly what it says on the tin and with support, encouragement and a little bit of banter – we threw Alex right in at the deep end.

Here’s how he got on (we’re so proud!)

To the team at The Bridge Marketing,

Work experience over the last month has been great. A big thank you to Hana for helping me master the skill of WordPress, I now have the ability to design and update a full functional blog site.

Mastering marketing planning has been a huge challenge but, under your guidance and supervision, I can proudly say that I have now written a fully-fledged marketing plan that will be used in a real business - A skill which I can use in my degree and beyond.

Not only have I learnt practical skills but, just from being in the office environment, I have picked up countless marketing tips to apply in the real world and my degree.

I have found Photoshop very useful during my placement and with the help from the team my ability to design and create things has greatly improved.
